For more than ten years Fashy and FashionHot.com have made beautiful music together. Although in 1999 people were more likely to ask, "What's a hot water bottle?" We've come a long way since then and today, with our difficult economy, people buy value. People buy reliability. People buy reality.

Reality is: Our warranty return percentage vs sales is so low we don't even track it. Near as we can figure it's less than 1/10th of a percent. That's less than one returned product for every thousand sold. See why we don't track it? And that includes those returned because "My wife didn't like the color."
